Support Worker for Children and Young People

About the Job:This role requires a highly skilled and motivated individual to provide support and guidance to children and young people in a residential setting.
Key Tasks:- Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, and other professionals.
- Plan and implement daily activities, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to deliver excellent care and achieve positive outcomes.
- Document progress and observations, contributing to resident's care plans.
- Previous experience in children's care is highly desirable.
- A strong understanding of child development and residential care principles.
- An ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts and sleep-ins.
