Job Description:

We are seeking a part-time candidate to provide professional care and support services to children with special and additional needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver person-centred care and support services, focusing on individual client needs.
  • Conduct assessments and reviews to meet the requirements of our clients.
  • Organise play and leisure activities for children, young people, and adults, promoting social skills and development.
  • Develop and review individual care and support plans in collaboration with the team.
Requirements:
  • Educated to GCSE level or equivalent qualification.
  • Possess a health and social care qualification, demonstrating expertise in supporting vulnerable individuals.
  • Demonstrate passion for working with children and young people, showcasing a positive and empathetic personality.
  • Ideal experience in the health and social care sector, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Able to communicate effectively, conveying clear expectations and promoting a sense of well-being.
