**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Learning Support Worker to join our team at South Staffordshire College. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in various settings supporting young people or adults with learning differences and/or disabilities.

You will be responsible for providing first-class support for students, developing education, communication, social, emotional, and personal skills to assist with their preparation into adulthood.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Deliver personalized study programmes designed to support each learner to achieve their full potential.
  • Work effectively and imaginatively to provide first-class support for students.
  • Develop education, communication, social, emotional, and personal skills to assist with preparation into adulthood.
