Job Title: Primary School Support Assistant

Responsibilities:
  1. Providing one-on-one support to students with special educational needs
  2. Assisting with the development and implementation of individualized education plans
  3. Supporting students in their academic and social development
  4. Collaborating with teachers and parents to ensure the best possible outcomes for students
Requirements:
  1. Previous experience working as a teaching assistant or in a similar role
  2. A passion for working with children and supporting their learning and development
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Knowledge of SEN and experience working with students with special educational needs
  5. Relevant qualifications in education or a related field (desirable)

To be considered for this position, you must hold an enhanced DBS, be registered to the DBS Update Service, and provide references covering the last two years. Recent school-based experience or care-based experience within the last five years is also required.

This role involves temporary supply work.

The estimated salary for this position is £27,500 - £37,500 per year.
