Financial Controller

**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Financial Controller to lead our growing finance team in a prestigious established organisation. As a Financial Controller, you will be responsible for compiling and presenting financial reports to senior management, with a key focus on costings, labour, analysis, and managing daily finance tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Support the preparation of completion of Management Accounts and the budget process
- Prepare monthly analysis of project costings, labour apportionment, and other costs
- Work to strict deadlines in completing cash flow reports and forecasting
- Prepare monthly operational board and board meeting reports
- Manage a small team to meet key deadlines
- Own the costing process reviews and continual process improvement

**Requirements**

- Ideally Qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA Accountant
- Previous management experience in a finance-based role
- Relevant accounting background in a growing SME, manufacturing environment is advantageous
- Excellent communicator, to build great working relationships with stakeholders
- Strong Commercial awareness with the ability to influence change
- Strong attention to detail
