Job Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced PCN Operations Manager to join our team at Out of Hours West Lancashire CIC Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of operational processes, development of standard operating procedures, and financial management on behalf of the Primary Care Network (PCN).
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of General Practice, particularly the NHS long-term plan, the GP Contract, and PCN DES. They will also have experience in developing and implementing common systems and processes across teams and service boundaries, as well as facilitating and managing change.
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement business plans for the PCN
- Manage operational processes and develop standard operating procedures for the PCN
- Develop and implement common systems and processes across teams and service boundaries
- Facilitate and manage change within the PCN
Requirements:
- Education to degree level or equivalent significant experience
- Formal Management Qualification or equivalent significant experience
- Minimum 12 months experience in a senior role working with/in Primary Care
