Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Store Operations Manager to join our team at Topps Tiles. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales and profitability while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspire and manage a small store team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and profitability.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by ensuring that all customers receive a positive experience in-store.
  • Maintain high standards of store appearance and operational efficiency.
  • Coaching, training, and developing team members to become product experts.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of retail management experience.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
