Salary
We offer an attractive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, plus uncapped personal commission and company bonus schemes. You'll also enjoy a generous staff discount, a Share Save scheme, pension and life assurance, and a wide range of other benefits.

Job Description
As a Deputy Store Manager, you'll be responsible for inspiring, managing, and developing a small store team. You'll work closely with the Store Manager to deliver outstanding customer service, driving sales and profitability while ensuring that your store works like clockwork and is beautifully presented.

You'll coach and train team members to become product experts, helping them to build strong relationships with our retail and trade customers. You'll also identify opportunities to improve the customer experience, using your knowledge of interior design and creativity to inspire our customers in their style choices.

Required Skills and Qualifications
We're looking for someone with a proven track record in retail leadership, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You'll need to be commercially switched on, with business acumen to keep ahead of your competition and set your store apart.
