\About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Medical Team Leader to join our team at Ramsay Health Care UK. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for leading a team of medical secretaries and supporting consultants with fast and precise typing and record creation.
\Key Responsibilities:- Day-to-day management of the team
- Support consultants with typing and record creation
- Offer good judgement in escalating issues and prioritizing jobs
- Highly accurate audio typing
- Excellent IT skills and typing speed
- Audio typing experience desirable
- Multi-tasking and working to deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- High attention to detail
- Experience managing teams desirable
- Background knowledge or experience with medical terminology
£45,000 - £55,000 per annum
