About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Care Leader to join our team at Aughton Park care home in Ormskirk. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring a team of committed care assistants to provide high-quality care to our residents.

The ideal candidate will have previous care experience, a minimum of an NVQ level 2 or equivalent in health and social care, and be willing to complete level 3. They will also have experience leading, coaching, and motivating a team to deliver exceptional care.

You will have a kind, warm, and caring nature, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team. If you are passionate about caring for older adults and have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care, we would love to hear from you.
