GWR Trolley Attendant Opportunity

We are seeking a GWR Trolley Attendant to join our team at Great Western Railway (GWR). As a key representative of our brand, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and offering a complimentary trolley service for customers traveling in first class.

This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication skills. You will work closely with customers to ensure they have a great experience and promote GWR products onboard trains.

In addition to your duties as a GWR Trolley Attendant, you will also be an ambassador for GWR, following our vision and values to provide the best customer service. This includes adhering to all GWR safety principles and maintaining a clean, hygienic, and pleasant environment.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have customer service experience within a sales background, cash handling experience, and excellent communication skills. You must also be able to work both alone and as part of a team and engage with customers at all levels.

The estimated salary for this position is £23,275 per annum, rising to £30,450 per annum after probation. In addition to your salary, you will enjoy a range of benefits, including defined benefit pension scheme, free rail travel across the GWR network for you and your family, company-sponsored health care plan, discounted shopping and gym membership, and an employee assistance programme.
