Rider Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Agent to join our Rider Support team at Deliveroo. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our riders and applicants, ensuring that they receive world-class service and assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to riders and applicants over the phone and via email
  • Work to targets, maintaining a high level of productivity and quality
  • Escalate issues with proposed solutions and share feedback with your manager
  • Be willing to help out with a range of administrative tasks
  • Identify trends of fraudulent behavior
  • Support colleagues in 1st line support with escalated queries

Requirements:

  • You are fluent in English and Dutch, spoken and written
  • Have at least +1 year experience as a customer service agent, phone call and email handling
  • You are target-driven and passionate to ensure that the department is providing riders with world-class support
  • You can work weekends and bank holidays when needed
  • You have a university degree or equivalent experience
  • You have experience in Operations or in a Customer Services environment
  • Experience handling escalations
