Key Responsibilities

  • Activity Planning: Independently set up, plan, and lead free time activities, promoting socialization and community integration.
Requirements
  • Experience: Possess experience working within social care and providing services directly to adults with learning disabilities and autism.
  • Leadership: Demonstrate experience in leading classes, project activities, and/or sessions without support, showcasing your ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Communication: Excel in communication, listening with patience and empathy, and inspiring trust and confidence in others.
  • Integrity: Behave with integrity and honesty at all times, upholding our values and commitment to inclusion.
