ROLE OVERVIEW

We are on the lookout for a proactive and analytical Sales Empowerment Lead to refine our sales methodologies and equip our commercial teams with the essential tools, insights, and resources they require to excel. This position is vital for driving revenue enhancement and boosting sales efficiency. You will serve as a crucial link between sales, marketing, and product divisions, ensuring cohesive strategies and maximizing outcomes.

In this high-growth environment, your contributions will be instrumental in shaping our sales approach and fostering a culture of success. Collaborating closely with various teams, you will ensure our value proposition resonates effectively with both prospective and current partners.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Content Development: Create engaging sales materials, including presentations and enablement resources, leveraging data to craft content that connects with our target market.
  • Data Insights: Collect and analyze data to uncover trends and opportunities, translating complex information into actionable strategies for the sales team.
  • Process Improvement: Work alongside sales and marketing teams to enhance sales workflows, driving efficiency and productivity.
  • Training and Development: Design and implement comprehensive training programs focused on product knowledge and effective sales techniques.
  • Tool Management: Oversee and optimize sales enablement tools, ensuring they effectively support the sales team's needs.
  • Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with sales, marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment and effective teamwork.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a sales enablement strategy that aligns with the company's broader business goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Demonstrated experience in sales enablement or a related field.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with a knack for deriving actionable insights from data.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in content creation and management tools.
  • Experience with CRM and sales enablement platforms.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.

INTERVIEW PROCESS

  • Follow-up video call with members of our Account Management Team.
  • In-person task presentation with the Hiring Manager and Head of Department.
