LE POSTE

Nous recherchons un Responsable de l'Autonomisation des Ventes dynamique et axé sur les données pour optimiser nos processus de vente et fournir à nos équipes commerciales les outils, les connaissances et le contenu nécessaires à leur succès. Ce rôle est essentiel pour stimuler la croissance des revenus et améliorer la productivité des ventes.

Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le rapprochement des équipes de vente, de marketing et de produit, garantissant ainsi l'alignement et la maximisation des performances.

VOS RESPONSABILITÉS

  • Création et Gestion de Contenu : Élaborer des supports de vente convaincants, y compris des présentations et des documents d'activation des ventes, en utilisant des données et des insights pour créer un contenu percutant.
  • Analyse de Données : Collecter, analyser et interpréter des données pour identifier des tendances et des opportunités d'amélioration.
  • Optimisation des Processus de Vente : Collaborer avec les équipes de vente et de marketing pour rationaliser les processus de vente et améliorer l'efficacité.
  • Formation et Développement des Ventes : Concevoir et dispenser des programmes de formation complets sur les produits et les meilleures pratiques.
  • Gestion des Outils de Vente : Gérer et optimiser les outils d'activation des ventes pour répondre aux besoins de l'équipe commerciale.
  • Collaboration Interfonctionnelle : Établir des relations solides avec les équipes de vente, de marketing et de produit pour assurer une collaboration efficace.
  • Stratégie d'Activation des Ventes : Développer et exécuter une stratégie d'activation des ventes alignée sur les objectifs commerciaux globaux.

COMPÉTENCES REQUISES

  • Expérience avérée dans l'activation des ventes ou un rôle similaire.
  • Solides compétences analytiques et capacité à traduire les données en insights exploitables.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en présentation.
  • Maîtrise des outils de création et de gestion de contenu.
  • Expérience avec les plateformes CRM et d'activation des ventes.
  • Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets et à prioriser efficacement les tâches.
  • Compétences interpersonnelles et de collaboration solides.
