Patient Care Specialist

At BeBee Professionals in Kidderminster, we are seeking a skilled patient care specialist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of patient care plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Treatment Administration
- Assess and monitor patient health, administering medications and treatments as required.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families to provide education and support.
Requirements:
- A current RN license in good standing with the relevant nursing board.
- Previous experience in a clinical or hospital setting, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
