Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to join our management team in the Highlands. As a Team Manager, you will be responsible for creating effective relationships with stakeholders and ensuring The Richmond Fellowship Scotland is effectively represented within key partnership forums.

This leadership role requires a strong focus on strategic development and management of existing services, ensuring they meet and exceed regulatory requirements. You will contribute to the development and implementation of strategic planning in line with the programme of continual development in both practice and policy.

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in managing complex health and social care services, including Learning Disabilities, Autism, Physical Disabilities, and Mental Health. A proven track record of successfully managing support for individuals within a Positive Behavioural Support framework is essential.

You will provide dynamic leadership to the Senior Support Worker team and staff teams, focusing on measurable quality outcomes for both the staff teams and the individuals supported. Regular cover of the on-call service is also essential.

A Registered Manager with the Care Inspectorate qualification is required for this post. You must have a minimum of 2 years management experience in a relevant field and hold an SVQ Level 3 qualification in Care or an equivalent. An SVQ Level 4 in Care/Management is desirable.

A Professional development Award within Positive Behavioural support or a willingness to undertake this is also required. Additionally, you will need to be a driver with access to a vehicle.
