Leadership Role in Adult Support Services

We are seeking a highly skilled Team Manager to lead our Highland services, delivering exceptional support to adults with diverse needs. As a key member of our management team, you will contribute to the strategic development and management of our services, ensuring they meet and exceed regulatory requirements.
About the Job- Develop and implement strategic plans in collaboration with the Area Manager, aligning with our organization's goals and objectives.
- Provide dynamic leadership to senior support workers and staff teams, focusing on measurable quality outcomes.
You will work closely with our multidisciplinary teams, supporting adults with complex needs, including Learning Disabilities, Challenging Behaviour, Complex Needs, and physical support needs. To succeed in this role, you should have:
• Relevant experience in managing complex learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, and mental health services.
• Strong skills in managing financial matters for a service of this size.
• Minimum of 2 years' management experience in a relevant field.
Required qualifications include an SVQ Level 3 in Care or an equivalent, with an SVQ Level 4 in Care/Management being desirable. A Professional Development Award in Positive Behavioural Support or willingness to undertake this is also essential.
What We Offer- A competitive salary, estimated to be around £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
