Highlands Management Team Lead

As a Highlands Management Team Lead, you will play a critical role in the strategic development and management of existing services in the Highlands region. You will work closely with the Area Manager to develop and implement strategic planning, ensuring that services meet and exceed regulatory requirements.
You will provide dynamic leadership to the Senior Support Worker team and staff teams, focusing on measurable quality outcomes for both the staff teams and the individuals supported. Regular cover of the on-call service is essential for this role.
