Highlands Team Supervisor

The Richmond Fellowship Scotland is seeking a dedicated Highlands Team Supervisor to join our dynamic management team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional support and leading by example. As a seasoned supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of Senior Support Workers and staff, driving strategic development and ensuring regulatory compliance.
About The Role- Supervise a team of Senior Support Workers and staff, providing guidance and direction to achieve measurable quality outcomes
- Contribute to the growth of our services, developing and implementing strategic plans in line with our program of continual improvement
The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in managing Complex Learning Disabilities, Autism, Physical Disabilities, and Mental Health services. A minimum SVQ Level 3 qualification in Care or equivalent is required, with an SVQ Level 4 in Care/Management being desirable. We welcome applications from individuals with a Professional Development Award in Positive Behavioural Support or a willingness to pursue this.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Lead and motivate staff teams to deliver high-quality support and achieve measurable outcomes
- Provide regular cover for the on-call service, demonstrating your commitment to exceptional support
We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience. As a valued member of our team, you will receive comprehensive training and development opportunities, enabling you to progress your career and make a real difference in the lives of our service users.
