Primary Care Specialist

We are seeking an experienced nurse practitioner to join our primary care team. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of primary care experience and be NMC registered.
As a nurse practitioner, you will play a vital role in managing long-term conditions and providing high-quality patient care to our patients. You will work closely with the nursing team, administration staff, and wider multidisciplinary team to ensure the smooth running of the practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage long-term conditions such as diabetes, asthma, COPD, CKD, CHD, HF, hypertension, hypercholesterolemia, PVD, and non-diabetic hyperglycaemia.
- Provide routine treatment room injections, immunisations, and vaccinations.
- Assist with minor surgery and punch biopsies.
Requirements:
- 5 years of primary care experience.
- NMC registered.
- Diabetes or COPD diploma.
- Prescribing qualification (or willingness to work towards this).
- ARTP accreditation (or willingness to work towards this).
Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
