Job Role: Cover Trainer

This pivotal role allows you to hone your teaching skills while moulding the next generation of leaders. By joining our esteemed team, you'll be tasked with guiding learners in developing essential English and numeracy skills, ensuring they're equipped for a bright future.

  • Design and deliver impactful training sessions to bolster learner confidence.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum teaching qualification at Level 4 (or equivalent) or commitment to attain within a specified timeframe.
  • A valid Assessor's award or dedication to obtaining a teaching qualification within a stipulated timeframe.
  • A Level 2 qualification in Literacy and Numeracy.
  • Demonstrated expertise in teaching your subject area.
