Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing individualized care and support to young people and their families, addressing their unique needs and circumstances;
  • Working closely with other professionals, such as teachers, health visitors, and police officers, to ensure comprehensive support and coordination;
  • Developing and implementing tailored plans to meet the specific needs of each young person and their family;
  • Building strong relationships with service users, listening to their concerns and aspirations, and providing emotional support when needed.

We offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, plus benefits such as 25 days' annual leave (pro-rata) and access to the local government pension scheme. Our flexible working arrangements and employee assistance programs also support your work-life balance.
