An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Principal Psychologist to join a leading healthcare provider in the Edgbaston, Birmingham area.

As a key member of the multi-disciplinary team, you will provide evidence-based psychological assessments, contribute to care planning and review, and facilitate formulation, reflective practice, and debrief sessions. Your expertise will also inform audit and research initiatives as directed by the line manager.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of therapy principles and be willing to train in new therapies if necessary. Experience working with complex clients is highly valued, as is the ability to deliver high-level interventions for these individuals. Training in Clinical Supervision is also desirable.

In return for your skills and experience, you can expect a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including 25 days' annual leave, free parking, and a pension scheme. You will also have access to ongoing training and development opportunities to ensure you remain up-to-date with current developments in psychology practice.
