Established contract caterer Wilson Vale is seeking an experienced Hospitality Supervisor to lead our support team based in the heart of central London. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service, modern and exciting food in a timely and organized manner.

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and reliable individual with previous food and beverage experience in a supervisory capacity to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be able to work using their own initiative and as part of a close-knit team. A strong focus on customer care, social skills, and ability to adapt quickly to new environments is essential.

As a key contact, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of food hygiene and health and safety protocols. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure that all areas are kept clean and tidy. You will also be responsible for the preparation and serving of food to staff members, ensuring that each guest receives exceptional service.

A 'can-do' attitude and excellent communication skills will enable you to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers alike. In return, we offer a competitive salary (£35,000 - £40,000 per annum) and a range of benefits, including:
