About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Team Leader to join our team at Alcumus.

As a Business Development Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring a team of 4 phone-based sales executives, assigning and managing campaign data to the team, conducting tests to boost conversion rates, and implementing actionable insights.

You will also be responsible for monitoring sales, analyzing key metrics, and delivering daily performance reports to the Head of Inside Sales.

In addition, you will provide training, call auditing, and coaching support to improve sales performance and motivate and inspire the team to keep team spirit and morale high.

About You:

  • You will have experience of leading a phone-based new business team and be target driven, self-motivated, and dedicated.
  • You will have excellent understanding of new business sales processes and the ability to stand back and redesign them, always striving for continuous improvement.
  • You will have a strong track record of delivery to target in a new business environment and team management skills, including conducting 121's, performance management, and coaching.
  • You will be able to inspire and motivate a team and have a strong understanding of the importance of team management and leadership.
