About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Team Leader to join our team at Alcumus. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring a team of sales executives to achieve their targets and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Assign and manage campaign data to the team to optimize sales performance
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and training to improve sales skills
  • Monitor sales performance and analyze key metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to identify cross-selling opportunities

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales leadership and team management
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of sales processes
