About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Team Leader to join our team at Alcumus, a leading provider of risk management solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive business growth
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase sales
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales leadership and business development
  • Strong understanding of risk management solutions and compliance regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
