We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Team Leader to join our team at Alcumus. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring a team of sales executives to achieve their targets and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of sales executives to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
- Assign and manage campaign data to the team to optimize sales performance
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and training to improve sales skills
- Monitor sales performance and analyze key metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales conversion rates and customer engagement
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to identify cross-selling opportunities
- Proven experience in leading a sales team and driving business growth
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement
- Experience in sales performance improvement and coaching
- Strong understanding of sales processes and procedures
