Job Title: Freight Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Freight Operations Manager to join our team at CREDIBLE RECRUITMENT LIMITED. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading our ocean freight operations and ensuring the smooth delivery of our services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of operations staff to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of our ocean freight services.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers, suppliers, and partners.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of our operations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in ocean freight operations, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement solutions to improve operational efficiency.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
