Freight Coordinator Position Overview
  • You will be joining the operations team, working alongside Air, Ocean, and Road freight professionals to assist in freight operations.
  • You will be dealing with internal and external customers and logistics companies on a daily basis, managing key accounts and providing excellent customer service.
  • Your core focus will be to assist in freight operations, including planning, invoicing, scheduling, quoting, customs, imports, exports, and managing freight movements from start to finish.
Freight Coordinator Position Requirements
  • Strong communication and customer service skills are essential for this role.
  • You will need to have a strong understanding of freight operations and logistics, including customs and imports/exports procedures.
  • Experience in a similar role or industry would be beneficial, but not essential.
