Job Title: Project Freight Forwarder
Location: Southampton
Salary: up to £35,000
Hours: Mon - Fri 8:30am - 17:30pm
WR Logistics is seeking an experienced shipping and freight forwarding professional to join our team. As a Project Freight Forwarder, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods from origin to destination.
We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in deepsea freight or shipping operations, specializing in Break Bulk, OOG (Out Of Gauge) and Project Cargo. Your experience working with loadmasters and various port authorities will be essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the movement of goods from origin to destination.
- Work closely with loadmasters and port authorities to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare and manage all shipping documentation, including BOLS (Bills of Lading).
- Complete all Customs documentation for clearances.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Provide excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
