We are seeking an HR Administrator to join our team at Burman Recruitment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to develop their skills and experience in HR and contribute to the success of our organization. As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR team, including processing payroll, managing employee records, and handling HR inquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Process payroll administration, including new starters, leavers, and changes in employment status.
- Manage employee records and maintain an archive system.
- Handle staff HR inquiries and provide general administrative support to the HR team.
Requirements:
- Strong administrative skills and experience in HR or payroll processes.
- Knowledge of compliance requirements, including DBS checks, safeguarding, and payroll systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information in line with GDPR.
Salary: £27,500 - £32,000
