We are looking for a Technical Partnership Lead who will define product solutions for big merchants and partners, work with sales teams, and lead product demos and presentations. This role requires strong communication and presentation skills to convey complex solutions to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Define product solutions for big merchants and partners.
  • Work with sales teams to drive business growth.
  • Lead product demos and presentations.
  • Communicate complex solutions to technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of client-facing experience with web technologies, including payments and e-commerce.
  • Strong HTML/CSS and programming language skills (e.g., PHP, JavaScript, Python, Ruby on Rails).
  • Experience with eCom platforms or content management systems.
  • Sales or account management experience.
