About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant Support Worker to join our team at Maplewood Independent Living. As a Care Assistant Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support to our clients in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide person-centred care and support to clients in their own homes
- Assist clients with daily living tasks, including personal care and household chores
- Support clients to maintain their independence and engage in activities that promote their physical and mental well-being
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and other stakeholders to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients
Requirements:
- Experience of working in a care or support role
- Ability to drive and have business insurance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
