We are seeking a dedicated Care Professional to join our team at Haverhill Hub.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to adults with learning disabilities, enabling them to lead fulfilling lives.
A competitive salary of £12 per hour (Real Living Wage) is offered, along with casual posts available.
About the RoleAs a Care Professional, your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting individuals to live independently and complete daily activities
- Acting as an advocate for the people we support and their families
- Providing intimate personal care with dignity, according to individual needs
- Fostering effective communication and building strong relationships
- Administering medication safely and responsibly
