Rural Nursing Opportunity
This exciting opportunity allows you to work as a Nurse Practitioner in a rural setting, providing nursing services to patients in the community. You will have the chance to utilise your skills and experience to deliver safe and effective treatments in a variety of settings, from home visits to specialist clinics.

Main Duties
* Assess patients' needs and develop individualised care plans
* Work closely with the neighbourhood team to ensure holistic care is provided
* Utilise your assessment skills to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to patient care
* Possess current NMC registration and maintain high standards of care

What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of £38,890 - £44,503 per annum, depending on experience. You will also have access to a range of benefits, including training and education opportunities to support your career development.
