About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our service users with their daily activities, providing emotional support, and helping them to maintain their independence.

Your Responsibilities

  • Assist service users with daily tasks such as personal care, medication management, and meal preparation.
  • Support service users to participate in activities that promote their physical and mental well-being.
  • Build meaningful relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the team to ensure high-quality care and support.
  • Maintain accurate records of service user interactions and progress.

  • A genuine passion for supporting others and making a positive difference in people's lives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with service users, colleagues, and external partners.
  • A flexible approach to working, including willingness to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
