**Job Title:** Risk Remediation Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Risk Remediation Coordinator to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for undertaking delivery of the Fire Door and Compartmentation survey programme.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fire safety regulations and standards, as well as excellent communication and report-writing skills. You will work closely with suppliers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and FRA compliance.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake delivery of the Fire Door and Compartmentation survey programme
  • Work collaboratively with suppliers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and FRA compliance
  • Profile and manage a range of local and regional projects across the North West
  • Ensure all standing orders for the procurement and delivery of fire remediation works are met

**Requirements:**

  • FDIS Qualification is REQUIRED
  • NEBOSH Fire Safety qualification
  • Knowledge of construction safety regulations and standards
  • Proficiency in conducting building safety surveys
  • Excellent communication and report-writing skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment
