**Job Description:**

We are seeking an experienced Fire Risk Remediation Manager to join our team in the North West. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for managing local and regional projects to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

About the Role:

You will work closely with our property, procurement, finance, operation, care, and health & safety teams to deliver fire remediation projects on time and within agreed budgets. Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with Fire Risk Assessment surveys and compartmentation surveys, as well as frequent inspections to identify and address areas of non-compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure all standing orders for the procurement and delivery of fire remediation works are met
  2. Undertake delivery of the Fire Door and Compartmentation survey programme
  3. Work with suppliers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and FRA compliance

Requirements:

  • FDIS Qualification is REQUIRED
  • NEBOSH Fire Safety qualification
  • Knowledge of construction safety regulations and standards
  • Proficiency in conducting building safety surveys
  • Excellent communication and report-writing skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
