Are you a seasoned fire safety professional looking for a new challenge? Red Snapper Recruitment | Housing has an exciting opportunity for a Building Fire Risk Manager. This full-time role, based in Manchester, offers a competitive salary of £400 per day for a fixed-term contract initially until 28/03/25.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's fire safety risks, developing and implementing fire safety strategies, and working closely with the Building Safety Manager to ensure compliance with relevant legislation. You will also liaise with the Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service and oversee the FRA remedial works programme.

This is a driving role that requires a clean license and vehicle. We are looking for someone with sound technical knowledge and experience in building and fire safety, excellent communication skills, and great IT skills to produce reports and statistical data that provide valuable insights.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing fire safety strategies
  • Managing fire safety risks
  • Liaising with external agencies
