About Us: Dandara Living Legacy is a leading residential property management company in Manchester. We are seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join our team and contribute to the remediation and improvement of our legacy buildings.

Job Summary: As an Assistant Site Manager, you will support the site manager in overseeing remedial works across our Manchester sites, ensuring compliance with updated building safety legislation. You will assist in coordinating the setup of temporary site accommodation and welfare facilities, maintain high standards of Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance, and work closely with subcontractors to ensure timely completion of work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Site Manager in overseeing remedial works across our Manchester legacy sites, ensuring compliance with updated building safety legislation.
  • Assist in coordinating the setup of temporary site accommodation and welfare facilities.
  • Maintain high standards of Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance across the site.
  • Work closely with subcontractors to assist in the timely completion of work, ensuring quality meets company standards.
  • Assist in managing day-to-day site operations, including maintaining site records, quality assurance, and health & safety compliance.
  • Liaise with various stakeholders, including local authorities, safety inspectors, and other site personnel, to support efficient project delivery.
  • Conduct site inductions and ensure all relevant Health & Safety requirements are met.
  • Assist with progress meetings, providing regular updates to team members.
