Job Description

The successful candidate will have experience in insurance administration and be able to work to targets within a regulated framework. They will also possess excellent communication and social skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create documents for new customers about their insurance requirements.
  • Obtain renewal terms for customers and research suitable alternatives.
  • Coordinate all renewal quotes for existing customers.

About You

  • Strong understanding of insurance administration and ability to grasp and apply fundamental legal and regulatory policies.
  • Excellent communication and social skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.

Compensation and Benefits

As a Risk and Benefits Coordinator at Arthur J. Gallagher & Co., you can expect a competitive salary of £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes 25 days holiday, defined contribution pension scheme, life insurance, income protection, health cash plan or private medical insurance, and many more.
