Job Title: Senior Technologist I

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technologist to join our Technical Services team at Abbott Diabetes Care. As a Senior Technologist, you will be responsible for leading on validation requirements, supporting the transfer of product from R&D to Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create validation documents, including plans, protocols, reports, FMEA, Critical Quality Attribute and Critical Process Parameter derivation
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory guidelines
  • Provide process development and characterisation support for new sensor products
  • Work with various teams to support and execute validation tasks
  • Support and lead investigations during new product introduction

Requirements:

To be successful, you will have a minimum of Bachelor's degree in a scientific or Engineering, and will bring prior experience of process Validation (OQ/PQ). You must have excellent attention to detail skills, a logical and methodical approach to problem solving, the ability to prioritise and manage projects, and the flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances or new demands.
