Service Engineer Opportunity
Mase Consulting Ltd is currently seeking a skilled Service Engineer to join their UK service team. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to work with complex equipment and deliver exceptional service to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, commission, and train customers on advanced equipment.
- Provide routine maintenance, fault finding, and problem resolution services.
- Work on equipment ranging from £100K to £800K in value.
- Complete service report visits and handle service tickets effectively.
Requirements
- At least 2-3 years of service engineering experience, preferably with complex equipment.
- UK driving license and the right to work in the UK are essential.
- Possess strong technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary and Benefits
This role offers a competitive salary range of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, plus benefits like hybrid company cars, company expense cards, pension, BUPA healthcare, and 25 days holiday + public holidays.
