Job Overview:

Omega is a leading manufacturer specialising in bespoke hydraulic products. We are seeking an experienced Hydraulic Systems Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in assembling complex hydraulic products, finding and testing faults, reading engineering drawings, and completing quality audits.

Job Description:

  • Assemble complex hydraulic products.
  • Find and test faults of complex hydraulic products.
  • Read engineering drawings.
  • Complete quality audits.
  • Build new/repair complex hydraulic products.
  • Use measuring equipment such as Micrometers, Vernier Calipers and Height Gauges to inspect component parts.

Requirements:

  • Apprentice trained (or equivalent level of qualification) ideally within Mechanical Engineering.
  • Proven experience within a complex engineering/manufacturing environment.
  • Competent at reading and following different set procedures.
  • Competency with a range of assembly tools.
  • Hydraulic Testing Experience.
