Job Title: Mechanical Maintenance Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Integral UK Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing mechanical equipment on our static sites.

Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain and repair mechanical equipment, including booster pumps, building services, and BMS monitoring systems.
* Conduct regular inspections and tests to ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
* Provide a customer-focused service, working independently and as part of a team.
* Develop and maintain administration systems for statutory inspections and tests.
* Work on multiple sites as required.

Requirements:

* C&G in plumbing/mechanical engineering.
* Strong fault-finding skills.
* Experience of being client-facing.
* Ability to work under own initiative.
* Team player.
* Good electrical/controls knowledge.
* IT literate.
* Driving licence.
* SC Clearance desirable.
