Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver excellent client care through written reports on financial services products, focusing on quality and precision
  • Handle incoming phone calls, directing them promptly to relevant personnel or resolving queries independently
  • Develop, update, and maintain accurate client records using Intelligent Office, underpinning transparency and trust
  • Notify advisers about updated client information and keep records up-to-date in line with firm procedures
  • Ensure efficient digital storage of client-related documents and communications by uploading them securely to Intelligent Office
