With a starting salary around £40,000 for Compliance Assistants and approximately £60,000 for experienced professionals with Compliance Officer responsibilities, including SM16 and SM17, this position provides a competitive compensation package.

The ideal candidate will split time between compliance and paraplanning duties to support the firm's objectives, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal standards. Key responsibilities include conducting research, preparing reports, and providing support on financial planning recommendations, as well as assisting in the development and maintenance of compliance policies and procedures.
