Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough analysis and research to identify suitable outcomes for clients.
  • Provide clear, professional communication to advisers on quality outcomes, backed by sound rationale.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance overall quality outcomes and ensure consistent, compliant files.
  • Contribute to the design and implementation of quality standards, identifying trends and proposing resolutions to achieve required standards.
Key Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
  • A relevant professional qualification (CII Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning or equivalent at Level 4 or above) is essential for the role or can be achieved within 12 months.
  • Previous experience in Paraplanning or Advice is preferred.
  • Detailed knowledge of assessing suitability of advice outcomes is crucial.
  • A strong understanding of Pension and Investment products is necessary for this role.
  • A working knowledge of Risk, Compliance, and Advice in UK financial services is required.
  • A good understanding of private wealth products is also essential.

**Salary:** £45,000 - £65,000 per annum.

This role involves a hybrid model of working, with part of the week spent in the office and part working from home. A relevant qualification is essential for candidates.
